Come join MOSH and St. Johns Riverkeeper for an interactive and interesting look at the Past, Present and Future of the water flowing through our region. Adult programming includes dynamic presentations from scientists and community leaders, including a special screening of River Be Dammed: Florida’s Forgotten River including Q&A with the film maker. Children ages 6 & up will be taken care of and explore the St. Johns River in their own programming for the day with MOSH Naturalist and Educators and St. Johns Riverkeeper Staff.

Adult speakers include: Rick Kilby (Past): The Magical Springs of Old Florida, Matt Keene (Present): Explorations and Adventures on the St. Johns and Ocklawaha, Dr. Jeremy Stalker (Future): Salt Life- The Salty Future of the St. Johns River. Topics for kids include: Invertebrate Encounters, Pond & Beyond, How Much Water We Use, and Scientist Water Sampling.

COST: Cost is $18 for adults and $12 for kids (ages 6 & up) which includes admission to MOSH and the Springs Eternal exhibit, participation in all lectures or workshops and lunch. Register at

The Museum of Science & History (MOSH) is located at 1025 Museum Circle near Friendship Park. MOSH, first chartered in 1941, inspires the joy of lifelong learning by bringing to life the sciences and regional history. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Thursday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday; and 12 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults; $8 for students, active and retired military and seniors; and $6 for children ages 3 through 12. There is no admission fee for children 2 and under or museum members.
